Application allows users to make different requests to the Hello Paisa system. The application sends SMS to the predefined short code on the basis of operation selected by the user.
Customer of following telecom providers from Nepal (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nepal) can use this application.
1. Smart Cell (http://www.smarttel.com.np)
2. United Telecom Limited (http://www.utlnepal.com)
3. NCell (http://www.ncell.com.np)
4. Nepal Telecom (http://www.ntc.net.np)

Procedure:
1. Start Hello Paisa application from iPhone home screen
2. Choose a service Group.
3. You will be presented with the list of services based on service group selected.
4. Select the required service.
5. A form will be presented based on the service you selected.
6. In case of Mini Statement, Check Wallet Balance, PIN Change, Check Bank balance, a user is directly forwarded to message sending screen. Click “Send” to send the SMS.
In case of other services, supply all the information requested on the form like “Mobile number”, “Amount” etc. and Click “Send” to send the SMS.

Services Groups and Services:
1.Bank Services:
a.Bank Balance Inquiry:
Description
Check remaining balance in bank account.

b.Pull:
Description
Load your wallet from your bank account.
Field Description:
Amount in rupees: Amount to be transferred from bank account to your wallet.

c.Push:
Description
Transfer money from your wallet to your bank account.
Field Description:
Amount: Amount to be transferred to your bank account from your wallet.

d. ATM Withdrawal
Description: Withdrawal money from ATM.
Amount in rupees.


2.Agent Services
a.Cash In (to customers or an agents wallet):
Description
Load a users wallet money if you are an agent.
Field Description:
Mobile: Mobile number of the person whose wallet needs to be loaded.
Amount: Amount to be transferred. 

b.Cash Out (to customers or an agents wallet):
Description
Transfer money from a user’s wallet to your wallet if you are an agent. This service is used when the user wants to withdraw money from his/her account.
Field Description:
Mobile: Mobile number of the person who wants to withdraw the money.
Amount: Amount to be transferred.

c.Register Customer:
Description
Used to register a new customer. This will send back an OTP to the new customer being registered when the agent approves the registration over IVR.
Fields:
First Name: First name of the customer
Last Name: Last name of the customer
Product ID: Product ID of the product to which the customer needs to be registered.
Mobile Number: Mobile number of the customer
Date Of Birth: DOB of the customer.
ID: ID of the customer
ID Type: Customers ID Type
IVR Language: Language for IVR.

d.Send OTP:
Description
Used to send the OTP (One-time-password) to system received on mobile via SMS.
Fields:
Mobile: Mobile number of the person being registered.
OTP: One Time Password

3.Wallet Management:
a.Mini Statement:
Description
Check last three transactions of your wallet.

b.PIN Change
Description
Change the PIN for operarting the wallet. The PIN is changed over IVR.

4.Funds Transfer:
Description
Transfer money to a registered or unregistered user or request money from a registered user.
Field Description:
Mobile: Mobile number of the receiver or person to request money from.
Amount: Amount to be transferred or requested.

5.Payment Services:
Description
Make Bill payments to the service providers.
Field Description:
Mobile: Mobile number of the person on whose behalf the payment is being done (If Applicable)
Amount in Rupees: Amount for the payment

6.Merchant Services
a.Receive Merchant Payment:
Description
Receive the payments if the user is a merchant.
Field Description:
Mobile: Mobile number of the user to receive money from.
Amount in Rupees: Amount to be received.

7.Child Agent Services
Same as in point no. 2 except that the Child agent does all the registrations, cashin and cashouts for the Super Agent.
